Tasting notes for The Singleton of Auchroisk 10 year old 1981/1993

Distillery bottling, 43% a.b.v.

Soft, slightly soapy nose showing underripe cantaloupe. Palate is soft but surprisingly expressive: caramelized sugar, slightly herbal. Finish shows bark, burnt toast, and fruit (persimmon?) skins.
